• Account info — your email address and a hashed password.
• Store data — store name, subdomain, products, images, orders, and any content you create.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the platform.
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or bank details.

2. How we use your data

• Running and improving the Store Forge platform
• Sending transactional emails (order confirmations, account notifications) via Resend
• Processing payments through Stripe Connect
• Providing customer support

We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising.

3. Third-party services

We use the following services to operate Store Forge. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Convex — database and backend infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• Resend — transactional email delivery

4. Data retention

We keep your account and store data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g. transaction records for tax purposes).

5. Your rights

You can:

• Access and export your store data at any time
• Update or correct your account information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
